Amazing food and great company as always!!

My kids and I ate here for the first time and we enjoyed it. From all of the things we got our absolute favorite has to be the pancakes! I would say in the future that I would just get pancakes, eggs & 🥓 bacon.You have to go in realizing it's going to be a mom-and-pop operation so the service isn't going to be the fastest but the food is nice 'n homestyle. The decor is a bit dated but it adds to the old diner appeal.

Lovely family diner with excellent food. Prices are more than reasonable. Convenient to Sanford airport. I just loved this cute spot.

I stopped on our way to school so could not get the full 'experience'. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, which was a little too floury for me but still good. I'm super picky! My kid loved the chocolate chip pancakes and we will definitely try this place again.

Went to BBees diner in Sanford for brunch! Cute little hole in the wall! Service was amazing. I order over medium eggs and they came out over cooked and although I didn’t say anything, my server, Lisa, offered to have them remake them the way I wanted! Got a chocolate chip pancake (they’re in there I promise) and it was so fluffy and moist and had mini chocolate chips which are my favorite pancake addition! Also PRICING WAS AMAZING. my boyfriend and I got all food pictures here, chocolate milk and coffee for $21! Gravy wasn’t as spicy as I would have liked but nothing a lot of pepper can’t solve! Food took a bit longer than expected since there was only one other table in the restaurant but it was still delicious! Could definitely use a inside renovation and a new parking lot but as long as it doesn’t effect the taste or service (and it doesn’t) then who really cares!

First I'll say I was curious since these kind of small places usually have great food and I'm glad I stopped in. Bbees and his wife Suso are awesome souls! They care about their place and it shows in the food. I liked being here. Felt like a 'home'.

Took a chance and ordered this on DoorDash. And booooy was I glad I did. I got the steak tips over rice with gravy and fried okra. Best meal I’ve had in a while. Good home cookin’! I’ll be back.

Lisa was a wonderful hostess! The breakfast was very good! Not if it was the cook or the owner but a very nice gentleman asked us how everything was... very personal!

wonderfully friendly owners...how refreshing! reasonable prices, breakfast or lunch anytime (whenever they’re open - which is 7 days a week!),good coffee is REAL size coffee mugs, comfy diner atmosphere....if I lived close enough this would be my fav breakfast spot 👍. Yummylicious!

We have been coming here for a few years and just fell in love with the owners! Always great conversation, makes you feel like home. No matter what Mr.B does what he can to make you happy! Havent been recently but will be back soon! Great food and so much to choose from!

This place smelled horrible. The food was worst. The owner and his wife were very polite but this establishment needs to be taken over by a person that can cook and they need to do a deep cleaning.

Loved it! Hasn't been there in over a decade and it's like stepping back in time. The owner seated us, took our order and chatted with us. The food was delicious and very fairly priced. Will definitely return!

I’ve been battling with a disease that caused me to lose a lot of weight. On a day I was feeling good enough to eat, the owner embarrassed me by constantly going on and on about the weight I’ve lost. Then to only turn around and serve me half cooked food. My French toast didn’t have an toast to it (lightly toasted still soggy) I asked for cheese on my eggs that had not melted it was laying on top. I was good friends with the owner and his wife but after today I’m highly embarrassed and disappointed. I will never go there again!!!

So grateful we had time to stop for lunch before my Mom's flight arrived in Orlando-Sanford. Best Mom and Pop food I've had south of Illinois where I'm originally from... thank you for the delicious, needed, comfort food. We'll definitely be back!

Third time going, third time disappointed. Waited almost an hour for food each time we went over the last 6 months. They prioritize pick up orders and regulars. Typically wouldnt make a review for just that but the last time we went my wife and I got sick as well. We tried to like this place because the owners seem nice but wont be coming back for a while.

Wonderful customer service

We loved this diner. The old style was a cool place to visit. The coffee pot was always brewing, I was drinking most f it. Plan on taking your time as the food is made to order. The place was a little run down, lost 1 star for that, but it was worth the visit.

Family owned restaurants are always a favorite of mine. They are really good people, very friendly and the food is very good and really affordable.

The corn bread was delicious and homemade. Very homey and relaxing.

Checked this place out because friends wanted to get together for breakfast and I like trying new places. It was a very good choice! I will definitely return! The food was nicely portioned and extremely tasty! The prices are great! It is a little Mom & Pop place so a little patience is in order for serve time etc. The coffee was quite nice (I had several cups - not normal for me). I highly recommend the Irish Breakfast! Everyone got different stuff and all were happy with their orders. I definitely recommend this establishment if you are in the area!

You cannot beat BBee's the Hospitality, Food and the welcome you are given when you come through the door. This family local is an amazing stop. There Omelettes are epic and great corn beef hash. I highly recommend.Great people, Great food and a Great atmosphere.

Very nice people work there. We went for lunch and the side dishes for my entree had been from frozen product. I was confused by the rating and quantity of reviews on Google. It's possible breakfast is much different, but lunch needs some work.

I've eaten breakfast and lunch here several times since moving to Sanford. They have good home cooking and a friendly bunch of folks. Best grits and breakfast I've had since my wife died, and the bacon is CRISP !Can't say enough good about them,as this is a great place to eat.

This place is amazing!! You can just taste the authentic taste in the homemade cooking. The prices are amazing. All the negative reviews are false. I had the country fried steak and I will not eat it anywhere else!! The owner is amazing!! Great job guys!!

Real home cookin in a small, clean sweet little shop. 1.5 mi from SANFORD airport. Specials with eggs, grits, potatoes, and biscuits at $6.95 are half the price of a PA breakfast. Wish I could eat here every morning of our vacation.One man show with extreme hospitality!!!!!
